Great information Teri. I know I am always wondering about this for my area. BTW love your new background:)
Teri, it is nice to see this type of service in different areas. We just added this type of service for our county two years ago.
Teri,
Great info, I always miss ours. It happens once a year and I make it every other year. Maybe if I blog about it I will remember.
Thanks,
Johnathan
Teri
It's good to see that there is still collection places for such material. There seems to be a ton of it out there yet.
Sincerely
Tom Braatz
Teri: It's such a great service when communities have days and places to get rid of our "ugly" sutff. We also have these several times a year, and it is amazing how BUSY they are on those days.
Hi Teri,
Good info, seems to me like one can never spread the word enough. At this point in life, I will do just about anything I can to leave a smaller footprint on our planet and I know I'm just one of many.
Bill, thank you...finally did my outside blog background too...;-) Getting there...;-)
David, they regularly provide this service in different parts of our valley. ;-)
Johnathan, yeah, blog about it. We have them several times a year, but of course there are more people here. ;-)
Tom, yes, it is a good thing. I, for one, appreciate having a place to get rid of stuff...;-)
Kat, So much better than having it go into the landfill...;-)
Lynda, I completely agree...I'm with you. ;-)
teri - that is great info to have! seriously, i can't tell you how many times i have searched for one in my area! obviously, they are here but they don't make it easy to find when you are googling! always have extra paint to get rid of!
What a nice service to the community. We certainly don't need more of this type of stuff in our land fills.
Wonderful idea for a Localism post tht is truly a service. I realize I wouldn't have any idea where to take hazardous waste around here, better do some research!
Leesa, I love having this at my fingertips. As an avid recycler, I applaud cities who make this so available. ;-)
Terry, it sure is....and you're right. ;-)
Janna, I know...I'm surprised more don't have such a service. ;-)
Teri,
What a great and valuable resource you are providing for your community! Neat idea!
Lori, thank you...I like the availability of this service, so I just share. ;-)
