If you've been looking for a new place to set up your office, here is a prime piece of commercial real estate available for purchase. Located on the main street in Buckeye, Arizona, the office has been completely restored and brought up to code. New paint, flooring, air conditioning, roof, electrical, doors, hardware, security lighting, private and public restrooms, conference room, reception room, showroom, security gate - you name it. Hard to believe, but this is a 1938 structure with the adobe, flat roof....territorial and southwest look. Very nice, and located next to other businesses.

Teri: That's a great office building--one would never know it was built in '38! And the "price is right."
Kat, can you believe it? I love it...it so reminds me of the older style buildings...kinda like the New Mexico architecture too...;-)
Hi Teri,
Oh my gosh, would I love to have something like this! It would be more 3X in my area of Orange Co. Things like this are so darn difficult to find. One of my very few do-overs (not regrets) would be to own my own office building for my real estate office earlier.
Looks like a great opportunity to me, good luck.
Kat, our smileys are so fun. ;-)
Good luck Terri, very attractive office building with a nice price too! You did an excellent job on the video, by the way.
Hi Teri I hope you are able to find a buyer for this one quickly!
Annette, thank you....it is a nice building. ;-)
Bill, thanks - me too. ;-)
Maybe you just live on the wrong side of town Teri!!

good luck with the listing, looks like a great place and great price,
by the way, how is the commercial market holding up ??
James, thank you. It is a great place, and it is adorable - can I say that about an office building? I'm not sure about the commercial market....probably similar to our residential. ;-)
Looks like a great office building and good price, too. Best of luck to you on this listing, hope it will sell quickly.
Gary, thanks for stopping by. Yep, I think it's priced well too. ;-) Thanks - and Merry Christmas. ;-)
I like your video on this property. Good luck!
Thanks
