If you are a buyer looking for a home in East Mesa, one of my favorite family communities is Crismon Creek. Crismon Creek is located on the eastern edge of Mesa just one mile east of the 202 and south of the 60, nine miles from Gold Canyon and hiking trails galore, 20 minutes from Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake for boating, skiing and fishing; one mile from a new hospital - Mountain Vista Medical Center; Superstition Springs Mall; restaurants; and the new Supersition Gateway Center at Signal Butte and Baseline. This location is just 140 miles from Show Low, (where today, it is 75) 100 miles from the Salt River Canyon, about 1.5 hours from Oak Creek Canyon, just north of Sedona. Now that the 202 loop is completed, heading on up to Flagstaff is a piece of cake.
Homes in East Mesa and in Crismon Creek are affordably priced, and in a great location.
Crismon Creek is a smaller community with just about 350 families. Crismon Creek has wonderful retention basins, three playgrounds, and wonderful families.
During soccer season, you will see a father who is coaching 4-6 year olds practicing in the large front retention basin.
During our monsoon or rainy seasons, our retention basins fill up...just exactly why they are there.
So, if you've been looking for a home in Mesa, a great family neighborhood, try Crismon Creek! Give me a call.

Hi Teri,
You live in a beautiful area. It reminds me a lot of growing up in TX and I miss it often. Great post and fabulous community.
TERI, those are some gorgeous pictures of Crismon Creek. It looks like a wonderful subdivison.
Teri, I'll be cruising through the neighborhood to check it out. Let me know when you get a new home on the market out there.
Teri--This looks like a lovely place to live...With the palm trees and such, it is just how I picture a Arizona neighborhood!
Teri ~ Great pictures are you on flickr?
Hi Teri - Crismon Creek in Mesa certainly does look like a Great Community in the East Valley! You have provided some excellent shots.
Tracy, you know? Arizona has beautiful homes....and the landscape varies from green to desert...depending on one's choice. Thanks so much....;-)
Marchel, thank you. I've got more, but I'm in the mountain and the other photos are in the valley - at home. ;-)
Mark, Though I have five listed, not one in this community anymore. ;-) I'll announce it - though - when I do end up with one here again. ;-)
Teri, it is a nice place to live....close to everything important. ;-)
Jeannette, yes, I am on Flickr....this property isn't yet though...I've got more...;-)
Bill, thank you....it is a great community. ;-)
