Okay, I've been meaning to share this video attempt at viewing another one of my listings in Gold Canyon, Arizona. This is - yes - another sister. I have/had seven of them. This video is too long, and I've recently listed another property and took a shorter video - less than two minutes - to be shared soon. Meanwhile, sit back, enjoy the show, and let me know? What do you think? ;-)
I've hopefully turned down the sound 'cause it's too loud for even me, but I think this was one of my first experiments....as you can see with the wavy flip video routine. ;-)
I've got lots more to share, but I've been so busy now that I'm back in the valley. I'll try to be a bit more prolific like some of the rest of you! ;-)

Mesa, this is a great way of thinking outside the box and you do get your message accross.
Teri, I love how you are doing the video with the interview of Sharla and then the home. Very nice narration.
nice job Teri...that was fun seeing the house and meeting your client/sister...very nice job.
Teri: Your sisters are such sports!! LOL Charlette's home is beautiful and I hope it sells quickly. She does have a touch for decorating... but remember, you can bake BREAD! LOL
Hi Teri nice job with your video on 4840 South Las Mananitas Trail, Gold Canyon.
Beautiful home, Teri. Your client picked the best agent to sell her home :)
Lloyd, thank you so much. As you could tell, I was experimenting. ;-)
Gary, as you can tell, my sisters are not camera shy, so it was fun interviewing her. Didn't she sound objective about her home? ;-)
Candace, thank you my dear. Hope to see you again very soon.;-)
Kat, trust me, she can bake bread too. LOL....she is very talented. I just made eight loaves today. One of these days, I'll have one of them video ME making bread. ;-)
Bill, thank you so much. She does have a pretty home.;-)
Hey Marzena, thank you very much. She's no dummy, huh?
Teri: THAT IS AN EXCELLENT IDEA!
Kat, figured you would think so!!! ;-)
