I can't believe it, I'm finally jumping into the arena of those videographers here on Active Rain;-) Just took a new listing - a referral from an AR friend - and shot a video of the property. Actually, I think it turned out quite good. I used my Flip Video, and am sharing it here with you.
This home is about 900+ square feet, has a lovely "feel" with warm colors, immaculate throughout, granite tile in kitchen and bath, pergo wood flooring, travertine countertops in kitchen along with a stone sink...raised panel oak cabinets, skylight, loft with a closet (can be used as a second bedroom and/or an office), and located just one block east of the 101 Freeway on the eastern edge of Tempe. 15 minutes from Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler or ASU. Close to shopping, hospitals, freeways, and the airport.
The grounds are beautifully maintained with covered barbeque areas, grass, pool and heated spa, gym. Lots of young people were seen visiting in the pool.
