Holy cow--is that price for real? $250,000 for all that square footage and water frontage? I saw that price and my eyes bugged out. This is unbelievable. I imagine this will be sold very quickly. What a nice piece of real estate!
Hi Elizabeth, can you believe that? AND it's not a short sale nor a bank owned. Seller very realistic. Lots of interest, a few offers, and we'll wait and see. Tenants in there through September, so as we get closer to that date, it should move quickly. ;-)
