Teri: I always enjoy your colorful posts... I still can't do the color thing.  Anyway, I hear that AZ is doing better! And from your stats, that looks like the case.  Yippee!

Happy Easter!Easter Bonnet

TERI, Wow those are changing on a weekly basis now.  I will have to let my parents know.  They just got back to Colorado for their 6 months in Colorado.

Hi Teri,

Good info, especially for those looking for a specific area. it's said all r.e. is local so this is a great break-down for specific areas. Should be a big help for anyone interest in specific areas of Phoenix.

Tom, you're welcome. It is spring isn't it? ;-)

Terry, it surely seems that sales are going up....;-)

Kat, sure you can do the color thing if you want to....just call me and I'll tell you how. ;-) Happy Easter to you as well. ;-)

Marchel, it's still cool here, but I know a lot of our winter visitors have left. We can tell 'cause Costco isn't as busy. ;-)

Lynda, thanks...I like creating this...and watching the numbers.

Jennifer, yes they are, and it's fun to watch. Thanks. ;-)

David, thanks, and yes, I've not seen it move this quickly since 2004...;-)

Looks like by the pendings in Mesa that things are looking up! Funny we used to joke about the Snowbirds when I lived there. Now I want to be one! LOL Keep an eye out for a winter condo for me to lease.

Hi Teri: What you guys need is a drop in inventory to spark sales. If all the overpriced sellers removed their listings from the market, it would dramatically spur sales, don't you think? I look at those number of homes for sale and my head spins. You have 10 times more homes on the market than we do in Sacramento County.

Lizette, being a snowbird in Arizona is a good idea - especially if you live in the east. ;-)

Elizabeth, yep, we do....and it seems to be dropping quickly. We haven't been this low in a couple of years. As it was going up, my head was spinning. Now I'm used to it...remember though, this is two counties plus whatever other cities post their listings in our MLS....;-)
