I do like to share with my readers what our inventory looks like and how many properties have been sold, so that buyers that are putting off purchasing a home until "later," may decide that "later" is now. With the new incentives offered by the Government of $8,000 in Arizona, and before the bottom starts back up, this is a perfect storm. I groan with envy at some of the great deals being made, and I'm unable to buy a dozen properties. Truly, I would if I could.
