On February 11, 2009, between 2-6, there will be a Job Fair at the University of Phoenix Stadium presented by Jobing.com. This is a great resource for any city to keep track of these Job Fairs.
Listed on the website are the 150 employers looking for their next employee. Suggestions include: pre-registering first, bringing several copies of your resume, and other good information. I've posted below part of the first page including some of the ideas for preparing.
