21 traits that draw me in! They want me to get to know you better! What are some of your choices and musts?

I've been thinking as I read comments from Active Rainers. There are so many here that I enjoy and consider friends. I started to ask myself what was so special about those individuals, and I started a list. I am a list maker, after all...anyone else? I've included other traits that are important, but by no Hugmeans is it a complete list...just a taste. Many of you displayed some of these traits in response to my post about my daughter. Since I don't generally share personal stuff, I was deeply pleased at your comments. Again, I thank you.

belly laughWhen you think about what you appreciate in another human being whether it be here on the Rain or elsewhere, what are some of the things that "draw" you in.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. A warm smile
  2. A sincere and fun laugh
  3. A good sense of humor (one who is witty really gets to me), and the one that enjoys my humor cements the relationship. ;-)
  4. knowledge – this could include intellectual knowledge, internet knowledge, spiritual knowledge….. someone who is intelligent and continues to learn and look and see
  5. Someone who is willing to share what they know
  6. A warm, caring individual who loves with abandonment (my husband)
  7. Someone who isn’t into that “all about me” stuff. You know the onesspending time together
  8. Integrity – that’s a big one for me, especially in this business
  9. Perseverance – I so admire this trait. Pushing through that wall, not around it
  10. Someone willing to move out of their comfort zone to try something new
  11. Someone who really cares enough to truly listen and empathize
  12. Someone who is dependable and does what they say they will do
  13. A good hugger
  14. Without guile
  15. A true friend
  16. Non-judgmental
  17. Non-critical
  18. Sincerity
  19. Sprituality
  20. Inquisitive
  21. Loyalty

 

I know only one person in my life with all of these traits, and......... I MARRIED HIM!!
