This post is just off the top of my head - as probably will be evident as you read this:
1. Just received a call from an Alaskan agent who found me - of all places - in the CRS manual. Who knew?
2. Our weather here has been phenominal - and I'm enjoying every breathing living second of the 70's and 80's.
3. This weekend is when Daylight Savings Time begins - BUT we, in Arizona, don't have to do anything. WE 
don't change our time. Great not to have to re-adjust our sleep habits. I have had to do that before, but glad I don't have to anymore.
4. I am a positive person - yet, I don't have confidence in our government or O'Bama...to fix things by bailing anyone else out.
5. I grew up in a generation where we were taught to pay off our homes, don't spend money you don't have with credit cars, pay off your car, etc. I'm thinking that was pretty good advice.
6. I am sad to see so many people losing their homes, and yet - the banks don't really work WITH those that are trying to maintain - even after losing jobs, etc.
7. I am grateful for my health, my husband, my family, and for the blessings I have. Oh, and for my friends, too. ;-)
8. I try to be a good example and to be kind to others - no matter if they DO cut me off on the freeway.
9. I like to smile - 'cause that's very contageous.
10. I like to engage - with eye to eye contact.
11. I love hugs - big bear hugs...giving and receiving.
12. I love being a Realtor - and helping people buy and sell their home.
13. I love to write blogs - and decorate them so they're pretty. I feel very creative there.
14. I love one-liners...my husband is good at those - and very funny. Occasionally I'm able to get a good one in to hold me for awhile.
15. I love reading and enjoying so many of your blogs, and love getting to know so many here on the Rain.
16. I think the guys/gals at Active Rain are special.
That's it - just wanted to share, and didn't want to post anything about real estate today. ;- AND hopefully this fulfills the 25+ list that everyone keeps asking me to do....this is it!
